Welcome to this guided meditation. This is your Embody Her Now guided meditation for discovering her, her is your highest self. The version of you who already knows she's calm, clear, empowered. She loves you unconditionally, and she always has your best interest at heart. As you begin this journey inward, I invite you to settle into the space of stillness by in a comfortable position.
Let your body relax. Let the outside world melt away. This is your time, your space, your sacred reconnection.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
Hold gently at the top
and exhale softly through your mouth.
Let's do that again. Inhale,
hold,
exhale. And release any tension from your body.
Today we are working with your subconscious mind to discover the highest version of yourself, the you that you already are. You don't need to chase her. You don't need to become her. You're just remembering coming home to her. This isn't about being told what to do. It's about trusting that you already know we'll be using powerful questions.
That help uncover your inner wisdom. They'll guide you into deeper self-awareness around your beliefs, feelings, daily choices, and how you show up in the world.
We're now going to begin by guiding your mind and body. Into a relaxed, open state known as the alpha state. The alpha state is a bridge between your conscious and subconscious mind. This is that in-between place where time slows, like right before you drift into sleep or when you are watching a sunset and everything feels still, it's where your brain slows down from active.
Thinking beta waves into a calm, receptive rhythm. This is the state we enter during meditation, just before sleep or when we're deeply present and creative.
When you are in alpha, your subconscious mind becomes more accessible. The walls of resistance soften. Your inner guidance becomes louder. The patterns that shape your beliefs, habits and self-image can begin to shift.
And here's why this is important. The subconscious is where your identity lives. It is where the voice of her already exists In this state, you can begin to install new emotional patterns on learn limiting beliefs. And Recode how you see yourself,
this is the doorway to her, your higher self. So let's walk through it together now.
Let your hands rest gently in your lap, and by your sides, allow your shoulders to drop Just a little. Soften your jaw. Relax the space between your brows.
Take a slow. Full breath in through your nose. Feel your lungs expand, your belly rise. Hold it gently at the top for 3, 2, 1. Exhale slowly through your mouth and let it all go
again. Inhale deeply through your nose, belly rising, chest opening. Hold at the top. 3, 2, 1. Exhale through the mouth. Feel the body begin to melt.
One more time. Inhale deeply feeling grounded and steady Hold, exhale, releasing any tension, any thoughts, and any noise.
Now, let your breath return to a natural rhythm. Bring your awareness to the space behind your forehead. Right between your eyebrows, your third eye, this is the center of your inner vision. Imagine a gentle, glowing, light placed here. It can be any color that feels right to you, and let this light begin to expand slightly with every breath.
With each exhale, feel your body become heavier, like it's sinking into the surface, beneath you, completely supported, completely safe.
Now, scan your body slowly from head to toe. Starts at the crown of your head. Bring your attention there and soften. Move to your forehead, your cheeks, your jaw, your neck and shoulders. Let them release. Soften your chest, your belly, your hips, your legs, all the way down to the soles of your feet.
Anywhere you feel tightness or resistance. Just breathe into that space. There is nothing you need to fix. Just let go.
As you sit here in stillness, your brainwaves are already beginning to slow. You are gently stepping outta your analytical mind, into your intuitive mind. The subconscious mind. This is the place where change begins. This is where her, the highest version of you can speak clearly and powerfully.
Now, before we move into the questions, I invite you to feel into the energy of her. Ask yourself, what emotion does she live in? Is it ease, grace? Peace. Let that feeling rise up gently in your chest. Let your body memorize that emotion. Let it flood every cell. This is your new baseline. This is her frequency, and you are already in it.
Now visualize her the version of you with Clear skin, ground self trust, glowing energy. See how she stands. Notice the way she breathes. How does she carry herself? Let yourself become her. Now, even just for a moment, your subconscious doesn't know the difference between imagination and reality. So the more real this feels, the more real it becomes.
You are not reaching for her, you are returning to her.
And so as your mind softens and your body relaxes and you. You are now fully open to receive the answers that already live within you. You don't need to find her. You only need to listen.
Stay in this quiet space for just a few more moments. Let yourself feel calm, still connected.
Breathe in
hold and breathe out.
As you sit in this relaxed state, I'll ask you a series of questions. Take a moment after each one to feel and reflect. There is no rush. Let your answers rise from your heart. No, your head, all answers that arise are welcome. There is no right way to do this, just presence, just curiosity.
Take a breath in and let go.
If your higher self, the version of you with clear skin, calm, confidence, and self-trust could speak to you right now, what would she say that you are already doing right.
What small daily acts does your higher self commit to that helps her feel fulfilled in her skin and life?
How do you imagine the glowing skin version of you walks into a room and what energy does she bring with her?
What belief is your future self no longer available for, and what empowering Truth has she replaced it with?
Where in your current life are you already showing up? Like her even just a little?
What's one gentle, routine or ritual that would help you feel more like her today, even for five minutes.
What emotion does your highest self feel most often, and what's one thing you can do to cultivate that feeling today?
When you imagine your higher self looking in the mirror, what is she saying to herself and how is she standing?
What specific support system people, habits, or tools does your higher self lean on when she needs grounding and encouragement?
If your future self were to set one gentle, clear intention for you this week, what would it be and how would she celebrate you for following through?
How does your higher self feel about food and what does she choose to believe about the way she nourishes her body?
What foods make your higher self feel alive, radiant, and deeply satiated. And how does she enjoy her favorite indulgences without guilt?
Now take a deep breath in
and let it out. Slowly
you have just connected. With a version of you who already knows she's not in the future, she's within you now. Always available. Always guiding, always loving.
As you return to your day, carry her energy with you, move with softness, choose with trust. You are her. You are already home.
Before you open your eyes, take just one more deep breath and ask yourself with this one gentle action, and ask yourself, what is one gentle action I can take today that would honour her? It could be something small, something simple. Let it rise and make space for it today.
Every choice you make today is a way of honoring her. She's not an idea. She's your inner compass guiding you Now.
When you are ready, gently open your eyes and take one last moment to thank yourself for showing up.
And if you feel inspired now, take out your pen and begin to write your answers to these questions. The subconscious mind speaks in symbols and sensations. Writing brings those messages into the light of day. Let your pen flow freely.
And remember, you are seen, you are safe, you are loved, and you are love. Thank you.
